We were so excited to photograph this beautiful family! Summer was actually our first booking for a lifestyle newborn session! We talked in late July about possibly taking maternity pictures, as well as newborn pictures. Fast forward to Halloween and we FINALLY were able to meet up! We had been looking forward to this session for months. Immediately as we pulled up, we just fell in love with their beautiful home. We walked in and we felt like we were in an HGTV episode. Seriously, people.

We can’t finish this blog post without crediting the most incredible 8-day old baby. He was awake the entire time (except a short half of a second that we were able to catch on camera, shown below!). Not only was he awake, but he was SO relaxed. He didn’t make a peep. Basically, he is awesome. 🙂 And big brother? He was just as cool. 🙂 There may or may not have been some Halloween candy bribery that happened, but that’s expected for a four year old on Halloween (who was SO excited to dress up as a vampire!). And one last thing: Can we all just note how stunning Summer is 8 days post-baby? Good grief. Jealous post-baby mama over here! 😉
