SHE SAID, ‘YES!’

On July 13th, Tyler emailed us asking if we were available to photograph his proposal to his girlfriend of 4 years. Um, YES!? Planning it was suspenseful! We had to make sure Lydia was nowhere near Ty and his phone so she wouldn’t see emails pop up about what he had under his sleeve.

On July 26th, we met at Grayton Beach State Park for that moment he’d been waiting for. A sunny day-turned-stormy, it wasn’t going to stop him from asking his pretty lady to be his forever. Here we were, hiding on the beach, just HOPING she would not spot us. The rain began falling down as we waited for the signal indicating it was go-time. Minutes later, he got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him! I’m pretty sure she was so shocked that she couldn’t move. Not to worry though! She jumped into his arms and couldn’t stop staring at her GORGEOUS diamond ring! Ty had his family hiding as well and his momma’s excitement was priceless!
